Ideal for continuous use the Sagola X 4100 Series Pressure Spray Gun offers a high quality spray, whatever the coating.

With high product transfer efficiency giving better coverage saving paint and time, the Sagola X Series Aircaps offer one of the highest performances and lowest air consumption in their category. The Sagola X 4100 Series Aircap range consists of high transfer conventional (CA) and HVLP aircaps for perfect colour matching and finish for basecoats, clearcoats and one coat systems. The Sagola X 4100 Series is available to purchase as a complete kit with the aircap, needle and nozzle specified supplied and fitted. Alternatively, as the spray gun is universal it can be used with any of the aircaps in the X Series, all items can be purchased separately to meet your specific requirements.

1. Interchangeable stainless steel nozzles for optimum paint flow, fast and smooth application.
2. Interchangeable colour coded aluminium aircaps available in high transfer Conventional (CA) and HVLP, perfect for colour matching and finish for basecoats, clearcoats and one coat systems.
3. There are no metallic or plastic external parts used for air distribution, making the cleaning process easier.
4. High precision “soft flow” air valve allows accurate set up of air pressure without wasting paint.
NO PAINT SPRAYING IS REQUIRED- meaning no paint is wasted whilst setting up optimal spray pattern.

5. Manufactured without gaskets or seals in product area. No air diffusers, blind chambers or threads in contact with the paint/product/material. Just metal in contact with metal. Easy to clean and maintain.
6. Manufactured with only one single piece automatic paint packing gland minimising potential damage and breakage and much easier to remove when cleaning the gun.
