Product Description
The Sagola Mini Xtreme Spray Gun includes all the functionality of the Sagola 4600 Xtreme in a lightweight, compact gun – ideal for spot repair. Specially design for spot repair, the Sagola Mini Xtreme with a range of aircap, needle & nozzle combinations, can also be used as a finishes gun, making the most of its lightness, ergonomics and low air consumption. With high product transfer efficiency giving better coverage saving paint and time, the Sagola Mini Xtreme Aircap range offer one of the highest performances in their category.
The 4600 Mini Xtreme includes:

- Versatile
- The perfect gun for spot repairs but also ideal for spraying smaller parts and hard to reach areas
- Low air consumption Only 190l/min air consumption at 2bar of inlet pressure
The Sagola Mini Xtreme is available to purchase as a complete kit with the aircap, needle and nozzle specified supplied and fitted.
Alternatively, as the spray gun is universal and can be used with any of the aircaps in the Mini range, all items can be purchased separately to meet your specific requirements.

Reusable white plastic 125ml and 200ml for spot repair, a larger 500ml for finishes and a black plastic 125ml specially designed for UV-cured paints.

1. Interchangeable stainless steel nozzles for optimum paint flow, fast and smooth application.
2. New product regulator with flow indicator ring for precise flow measurement.
3. No metallic or plastic external part is used for air distribution making the cleaning process easier.
4. High precision “soft flow” air valve allows accurate set up of air pressure without wasting paint.
NO PAINT SPRAYING IS REQUIRED- meaning no paint is wasted whilst
setting up optimal spray pattern.
5. Interchangeable aluminium aircaps. Identified with different colours.
Optional hand-tightened – no tools required – airflow regulator with analogue
pressure gauge. With precise, progressive adjustment and a conical enclosure designed to prevent air leaks.

6. Manufactured without gaskets or seals in the product area. No air diffusers, blind chambers or threads in contact with the paint/product/material. Just metal in contact with metal. Extremely easy to clean and maintain.
